Frisco Ridge HOA Dues

Annual Homeowners Association (HOA) dues for Frisco Ridge are currently $300/year. A notice goes out in early January. Dues can be paid beginning Jan 1, through Mar 1 of each year, without penalty.

Your bank bill pay: Make the payment using your bank's bill pay service (often no charge).

Paying Your Dues on Time Benefits You and Your HOA

By paying early or on time, you avoid paying any penalties, interest, etc. After March 1, you start paying interest at 18% APR and all unpaid dues on April 15, will result in a lien filing on your property. We don't want you to incur those extra charges.
The earlier you pay in the year, the earlier the HOA has access to much-needed funds. Our expenses incur year-round so we appreciate getting your payment sooner rather than later.

How Are Your HOA Dues Used?

HOA dues are used to pay all the operational expenses, such as electricity for street lights, mowing, watering, street signs, our newsletter, website expenses, landscaping, playground maintentance, neighborhood activities, common area improvements and more. See our Budget for more details.

Dues Increase in 2024

The HOA Board voted to increase annual HOA dues from $300 to $345. The dues have not increased since the HOA was formed in 2005.

Paying Via PayPal

PayPal charges a processing fee based upon the dollar amount of transactions we had in the previous month plus .30¢. Since our volume varies by month, we can only estimate the amount. We are currently being charged $15.52 for a $345 transaction.

We have included the PayPal fee so that the HOA receives the amount that you owe.
