New Management Company: HOA Services of Oklahoma

In December 2023, a  new HOA management company was  hired. The company has three employees and is based in Piedmont, OK.  They have about 20 HOAs under management.

Things that the management company does for our HOA:

• Mail out dues notices.
• Help homeowners with account questions
• Pay all approved bills for the HOA
• Work with the HOA Board on 
  • Sending covenant violations letters and file liens
  • Sending  HOA mailings such as the newsletter, meeting notices, etc.
  • Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements and budget/expense reports
• Serve as legal counsel and advise/assist on questions/issues that may come up
• Look out for the best interest of our HOA and our homeowners
